It can be equipped with multi-cavity moulds.
2. It adopts the electrical stepping system (can be replaced by PLC controller as customer’s requirement) to realize the function of positive and negative rotary of the motor. With the adoption of double electromagnetism valves and pressure relay, the operational safety is guaranteed. Safe and reliable. 3. The frames of equipment are made of holistic steel which has the advantages of high rigidity and reasonable structure. Thanks to the inside installation of the driving system, the layout of the equipment are compact. With the adoption of a dry friction clutch, the slide area can stop instantly at any height.
4. Working of feeding, stamping, waste collection, products send out from mould for automation
5. And the punch can realize the function of single-stroke, inching motion and continuous action, which is beneficial to regulate the mould position and improve the processing precision.
6. As customers’ requirement, the electrical stepping system can be replaced by a PLC controller, which works better. It also can adopt the light screen protective device, so it is a safe press.
7. This production line adopts the independent removable panel which is colourful, convenient and has a nice layout.
8.Feeding system employs stepping control, feeding length without error, length can accurate 30mm to 999mm by arbitrary setting.
